The UND Athletic Training Program is a part of the Division of Sports Medicine, Department of Family Medicine, in the University of North Dakota School of Medicine. It was the first undergraduate athletic training program in the country to be located in a medical school. Students completing the curriculum will receive a Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training and will also be eligible to take the Board of Certification exam. Students may also fulfill requirements for graduate education in athletic training, physical therapy or medical school by taking appropriate elective courses while completing the curriculum.
