ACGME Program Requirements for the Transitional Year:
These requirements include, but are not limited to:
- 6 months of fundamental clinical skills experience (4 months of IMTS, 1 month of surgery, 1 month of ICU)
- 1 month of ER
- 1 month of Ambulatory Care
- 0.5 month of night float
- 3.5 months of electives, of which 1 month could be at an offsite.
