Rotation Checklist
- Complete a minimum of 6 H/P write-ups and turn in within 48 hours of seeing patient, to be completed by Wednesday of the 6th week (one H&P from Anne Carlsen Center). *
- Complete NRP self-tests in preparation for practical exam.
- Complete patient encounter information in your PDA with a minimum of 10 well-child checks, 10 well-baby nursery exams, and 10 acute-ill visits. *
- Complete scavenger hunt first page by end of 7th week. Turn into Maxine. *
- Complete all CLIPP cases by end of rotation (ROME students complete all CLIPP cases by the end of the school year).
* ROME students to complete ½ of these requirements (except for CLIPP cases in which all 31 cases are to be completed).
