Research Focus: Ribosomal RNA modification and translational regulation in Escherichia coli. Role of the ribosome-binding protein, BipA and function of pseudouridylation.

Thomas M. Hill, PhD

Dr. Hill has taken an administrative position in the Office of Medical Education and has closed down his research lab. Consequently, he is no longer accepting graduate students or post-doctoral applicants.

Matthew L. Nilles, PhD

Research Focus: Regulation of toxin secretion in Yersinia pestis. Roles of the Y. pestis regulators LcrG and LcrV in the translocation of toxins into eukaryotic cells in response to bacteria-cell contact.
