Program Evaluation

CHPPR personnel have extensive experience providing program evaluation services. We have contracted to provide such services to various types of agencies including the State Departments of Health and Public Instruction, local public health units, and the North Dakota Public Employees Retirement System.

Evaluation of the NDPERS Diabetes Management Program
CHPPR is serving as the program evaluator for the NDPERS Diabetes Management Program. The NDPERS Diabetes Management Program is provided by pharmacists and other health professionals throughout the state and focuses on helping members better understand and control this harmful disease (funded by the North Dakota Public Employees Retirement System).


Coordinated School Health Program
CHPPR partnered with North Dakota's Departments of Public Instruction and Health to assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of a state-wide Coordinated School Health Program (funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention).


Department of Health Community Health Grant Program
CHPPR's staff provided consultation, evaluation, and data analysis assistance to the North Dakota Department of Health's management of the tobacco settlement funds allocated for tobacco control activities throughout the state (funded by the North Dakota Department of Health).

 


Tobacco Control and Prevention in Grand Forks County
CHPPR's staff provided consultation and evaluation services to the Grand Forks Public Health Department (GFPHD) for their grant-funded tobacco prevention and control activities (funded by the Grand Forks Public Health Department).
